Laura has been practicing and studying HeartMath® techniques for 9 years. She completed the Resilience Advantage Teacher training in July of 2022 and is a certified HeartMath trainer. She has been teaching adults for 45 years teaching creative writing and poetry in the Byronshire since 1997 and teaching through Dangerously Poetic,Inc since 2002.
