Eleonore Laureau
Eleonore has been teaching Yoga locally for 10 years and is specialised in pelvic floor exercises and how to strengthen perineum muscles. Her intention is to help improving people’s physical & mental health through simple breathing exercises, gentle yoga postures & meditation.
During a 2-year Ashtanga Yoga apprenticeship, Eleonore developed strong foundations in Yoga postures, breathing techniques and hands-on adjustments. Shortly afterwards, she started teaching Yoga in the Northern Rivers and realised the importance of a healthy and dynamic pelvic floor and decided to bring a strong focus on perineum exercises in her classes.
Through her own Yoga practice and teaching, Eleonore saw the benefits of a healthy pelvic floor to alleviate lower back pain, pelvis instability, incontinence and other health issues related to weak perineum muscles.
She is overjoyed and very grateful to be able to transmit and share these simple tools with people who need them.
