Andi Davey is passionate about coffee. She has 25 years' experience with coffee in its various forms, including owning her own cafe for six years and working as a barista in cafes and at special events and festivals. She is now the roaster and blender for Zentveld’s coffee.
Andi has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and runs training courses for Byron Region Community College, Zentveld’s and Byron Youth Activity Centre. She is a popular tutor, with students loving her passion, enthusiasm and expertise. She is completing a Diploma of Coffee with the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe.
