Cate has been in the Wellness industry for 13 years, working as both a health coach and a yoga instructor. She is passionate about all things to do with health and wellbeing – nutrition, food, exercise, mindfulness, meditation, stillness, Mother Nature’s medicines, belief in the Self, creativity, balance and connection.
She received her training as a Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, studying over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods.
Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, mindfulness practices and preventive health.
Cate has a special interest in the management of stress and anxiety, overcoming fatigue and exhaustion, and balancing digestive health.
