Jacqui is passionate about food and even more so about creating simplicity in the kitchen. Having had a son with allergies to preservatives and colouring led her on a journey into healthier options.
As an integrative health coach she has seen a large increase in food sensitivities and gluten intolerances and has a vast knowledge of the many different food trends and diets out there. Her main goal is to assist and educate people to return to eating real food, simply prepared. Time is precious and so are our bodies. Jacqui has run food workshops in the last 8 years specialising in, fermentation, gluten free cooking, raw foods and paleo cooking. She believes in sourcing fresh, local foods and animal products of high quality and that have been raised in natural, humane environments.
Jacqui is happy to adjust her workshops to cater to all food allergies and sensitivities.
