Chris Pena of Meant to Bead in Byron has been involved in all facets of glass since 1989 and the past 10 years has concentrated in learning the art of glass bead making from some very recognised bead makers throughout the world. Since 1992 Chris has been attending the World Trade Show for glass in Germany, in doing so Chris has had the opportunity to sit down and be taught different techniques in glass, from glass bead making, stained glass windows and glass etching.

Meant to Bead in gives people a very recreational thing to do and learn a new art here in Byron Bay! It also gives all students the ability to create their own style of bracelet, earrings and /or necklace all at a very affordable price.

Meant to Bead is located in the Arts Industrial Estate Byron Bay, 5 minute walk from the new Byron Beach North Train Station, U4/52 Centennial Circuit Byron Bay.
