Chef/food writer Victoria Cosford has been teaching Italian cooking for over 30 years following on from four years spent in Florence in the 1980’s working in various restaurants. She contributed a popular weekly food column to the Byron Shire Echo for ten years, reviews restaurants, has cooked in various establishments around the Byron Shire and is author of gastro-memoir ‘Amore & Amaretti: A Tale of Love and Food in Tuscany’ (based on her years living in Italy), published in 2010.
