Alexandra has been teaching groups, private, corporate and government classes since 2008, when she launched The Healthy Gourmet, catering and cooking services business specialized on allergen free foods, such as Gluten, Dairy & Sugar Free, Vegan, Vegetarian and Paleo diets too. She is a qualified chef for the last 15 years, and also Food Safety Supervisor and a qualified Trainer and Assessor, having delivered Commercial Cookery Certificate IV subjects on local schools. She aligns personal interest, nutritional knowledge and professional training with passion when creating simple and yummy healthy recipes.
