Until recently Katrina was the Sustainability Education Coordinator at Byron Community College. In this role she undertook a range of state and federally funded training pilots, research and resource development projects related to education for sustainability (EfS) and energy efficiency. Some of these were professional development for VET trainers, teachers and sustainability educators. She is the co author of the 'Sustainability for Educators" book and e book and author of 'In the Tiger’s Mouth – An Empowerment Guide for Social Action". She has a Masters in Applied Science (Social Ecology) and Vocational Graduate Certificate in EfS. She draws on her experience as an Occupational Therapist, counsellor, community development worker, social activist and enthusiast for sustainable living. cheers Katrina Shields Mob 0428395372
