Phil has always had a passion for property and started my relationship with it as a young boy following my father’s projects as he was a keen investor and developer himself.

After leaving school Phil worked as a property manager before following a career path as an accountant. Towards the end of his accounting career Phil started buying and renovating properties very successfully and educated and guided others along the way including organising finance and helping to source properties.

Phil now divides his time between coaching and educating people about property investing and working on various development and investment projects.
