Jean Martinez
Resume
Jean Martinez is a Wholefoods Chef and Cooking teacher. Based in the hills of Northern NSW, she can often be found traveling around regional NSW and interstate teaching Sourdough Bread Making, Wild Fermentation, Wholefood Baking, and many other wholefoods based cooking classes.
Jean is a proud co-founder of the Whole and Natural Foods Chef Program, based in Perth, WA – a program that was founded to expand the skill-base of wholefoods chefs in the Australian Industry.
When not teaching, Jean can be found tending to her flock of motley chooks, or her wild veggie patch and fruit trees, or writing articles about food and sustainable living for the Tweed Valley Weekly.
