Are you sick of feeling tired, stressed and worried? Do you have trouble sleeping, do you gain weight easily, have brain fog and digestive upsets? These are all common health problems we face everyday.

Come along to a fun, interactive women’s group coaching programme where you’ll develop the confidence and motivation to address your challenges and succeed.

You’re much more likely to stick to your gym routine if you have a workout partner, right? The same is true with group coaching. When individuals are part of a group, they procrastinate less, accomplish more, and reach their goals faster. You’ll join a close-knit group that is energizing, motivating and most of all – fun!

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will be your receipt and inform you of the dates, time and venue of your course, it will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.
