Psychic Development and Healing

Our physical body is patterned on an underlying blueprint called the energy or subtle body. Therefore, if we improve flow and vitality in the energy body, our physical bodies will follow. In this course you’ll learn to read the energy field not only of yourself, but also of others and the environment around you. This helps in making good choices in daily life, relationships and health. We will increase intuition and sensitivity through meditations, visualisations and exercises. Finally with an understanding of basic subtle anatomy and its qualities, you will learn some methods of self-healing.

What to prepare:

• A shawl or rug and cushion

• Colour pencils or oil pastels
