A strong pelvic floor has a huge influence on your overall health and helps to avoid major issues such as urinary leaks, lower back pains, and pelvic instability. After pregnancy and childbirth, and as we get older, it is essential to regain strength in our pelvic floor area. With this course, you will learn how to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles with simple and accessible yoga exercises! Available for all levels and open to everyone.

What to bring

  • Comfy clothes, pen and note book,
  • Yoga mats if you have one or a towel,
  • Small cushion

Important information

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will be your receipt and inform you of the dates, time and venue of your course, it will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.
