Do you own an amazing DSLR and it’s still on Auto? Let me teach you how to use your DSLR camera to its full potential. We will work with aperture and exposure going beyond auto or program mode.
Based on weekly theory classes and fun assignments, you will learn how to capture better images, improve week by week, and end up with great shots that you are happy to share with others as you become more confident with your camera. This course is suited to introductory/intermediate DSLR users.

You will learn:

  • How to set up an ideal situation for photography and how to act with the kid in front of the camera
  • Working with light, dynamic lines and composition
  • Freeze the motion

Nelly is a professional photographer, having worked extensively with children and people for family portraits as well as commercial and editorial clients.

Course testimonials:

  • The assignments really allowed us to learn from each other, and our group was lovely. Nelly was great..
  • Great course! Loved Nelly as an instructor, super knowledgeable, approachable, and also gave us the confidence to literally get our camera's off auto. I'll be back for more. Very enjoyable.
  • It was such a blast to be part of this course. Nelly is an excellent teacher with a wealth of knowledge and years of experience. It was easy to understand and a joy to explore photography in an entirely different way. Even though I had not used my camera for 35 years, Nelly gave me the confidence to sense the world through my camera and experiment with all the different elements, which make photography such an intriguing medium to express myself. Thank you!!
