This course has no current classes. Please the waiting list.

GarageBand is a software application for Macs that allows users to create their own music or podcasts. This course will show you how to play, record, and create great sounding songs: and you can share your hits worldwide with just a few clicks. It’s never been easier to make music like a pro, even if you’ve never played a note. Basic Mac skills and access to a Mac computer required (not iOS/iPad). You will need to be using operating system OSX Sierra.

What to bring

  • Please bring a USB stick to copy files to
  • Pencil and paper
  • There will be computers provided, you may bring your own laptop if you prefer, as long as you have Garageband installed

NOTE: Only bring the following items if you have both and all connections or cables
1. External audio interfaces/soundcard
2. MIDI keyboard or electric guitar

Important information

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will be your receipt and inform you of the dates, time and venue of your course, it will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.

Students are required to be 15 years old and above at the time of enrolment.
