Writing is expressive, it clarifies and releases thoughts and feelings, it can relieve stress, it is playful and we can discover meaning in our experiences. Writing is a powerful act of creative nourishment.

Annie is a writer, qualified counsellor and writing for wellbeing facilitator. She gently encourages personal exploration and the unlocking of creativity, through a wide variety of themes and short, creative free-writing exercises.

Whether you have never written before or want to deepen your writing practice, come and experience the tender and profound, the light and humorous. Discover your writing voice, the hidden gems in your writing and enhance your wellbeing and connection to life.
