Learn to support your body with Pilates foundations and progressions as you build strength, awareness and mobility in all planes and ranges of movement. Over the course you’ll establish new movement pathways as you learn alignment, breathing, core connection, balance and flow.

This class is suitable for healthy bodies who are comfortable on the floor. Not suitable for rehab after injury or spinal pathologies and conditions that require special attention. Medical clearance is recommended before commencing a new exercise program. 

If you have previously done this course you are welcome to repeat, especially if you've had a break or move to the Level 2. Any queries, please contact the tutor to determine which class is right for you.

What To Bring:

  • This is a floor-style workout, please BYO mat.
  • Wear comfortable activewear/clothing
  • Your own refreshments

Important information

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will be your receipt and inform you of the dates, time and venue of your course, it will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.

Students are required to be 15 years old and above at the time of enrolment.
