Menopause can be greatly supported with the practice of meditation. Learn how to ride the heat and anxiety waves with calm observation, release the monkey mind, and allow new found insights to emerge from the wise woman that you are. Enjoy support and sharing with other women for your rite of passage.
Melinda Blair Paterson offers Mentoring to Women specialising in Menopause, Sensitives and Authentic Creativity. She has been an artist and creative for nearly 20 years, ran her own vibrational healing practice, and is trained in the somatic modality of Focusing and use of Non Violent Communication. She has meditated most of her adult life and has a grounded daily practice towards stillness. Now in her 60s she feels drawn to sharing her innate wisdom, to help other women find theirs.

Important information
