Lino Block Printing

Many printmaking processes require some serious expertise and equipment. But lino block printing is amongst the easiest method out there and can be done from home using a few basic tools. This course is perfect for you if you want to try printmaking for the first time, no drawing experience needed. Join us in a supportive and empowering environment to explore a new skill.

It begins with creating a design on paper, then transferring the design to a lino block and carving the design into the lino. Finally, you will print the design onto your substrate, be it paper, timber, T towel, tablecloth, T shirt, etc

What to bring

• A drawing pad, pencils, pens etc. for designing
• Designs or ideas you may already have
• Apron to protect your clothes
• Closed in shoes
• Lunch
• $35 to pay tutor for additional materials

Important information

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will be your receipt and inform you of the dates, time and venue of your course, it will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.
