Throughout the course, we will create an open space to learn about a modern approach to this timeless experience.

Participants will walk away with empowering knowledge of grief and loss. We will explore:

  • The impact on the body and brain
  • Different types of grief (ambiguous, traumatic, complex)
  • Different grief models (stages, seasons)
  • How to navigate with children
  • What to say (and not to say) when someone in your life has experienced a death
  • How to access our own internal wisdom that already exists
  • The role of wonder, mystery and paradox

This course is for anyone who wants to be more fluent in grief, loss and bereavement whether you are seeking to enhance your own emotional intelligence or to advance your professional skill set.
