Forest Bathing Outing

This course has no current classes. Please the waiting list.

Forest bathing, the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, connects us with the natural world. We will open our senses to the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of nature, with awareness of the movement of our body through space. Through slow walking, guided group exercises and a sit spot, we will wash away the stress and fatigue of living.

We will discuss nature connection practices you can use in daily life at home and at work.

Join us for this half-day workshop as we explore the wonders of Booyong Nature Reserve.

What To Bring:

  • Be sure to wear appropriate outdoor/walking clothes and shoes
