Learn age old preserving techniques as together we will capture cultures and make some delicious ferments. Naturally fermented foods are nutrient-enhanced and maintain healthy bacteria in the gut – essential for your digestion and overall vitality. Receipes for vegetable and dairy ferments including sauerkraut, cultured cream and butter, lacto-fermented tomato sauce, sparkling fruit drinks and kefir are covered. Morning tea, light lunch and fermented foods included on the day.
