First breath to last breath, our life depends on it. But many of us breathe shallowly, erratically, even holding our breath unconsciously. This can cause tiredness, fogginess, forgetfulness, and even contribute to poor health. In this workshop you’ll learn specific breathing techniques that help sleeping, reducing panic, anxiety and depression. You can use breath for pain relief, and calming the mind and emotions. Doctors, sports scientists and athletes show how breath techniques enhance health and fitness. Further to that, we can improve our mental clarity and expand awareness through breath.

Ri draws on decades of teaching and practising yoga, pranayama and meditation, Holotropic Breathwork, Psychotherapy, and various ancient and modern techniques in breath.
