COVID-19 Information

As always, the health and safety of our students, staff and the wider community are important to Byron Community College and we will continue to follow the latest NSW Government guidelines in relation to curbing the spread of COVID-19.

Before you attend a class please check the latest advice from NSW Health website here .

We are offering some classes online here .

What we require students, tutors and staff to do

  • Do not attend if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms
  • Do not attend if you have come into contact with a known case of COVID-19
  • While on site or in class, take full direction from your tutor or other staff member
  • Bring own food and drinks including mugs, cutlery, crockery etc if required including water bottles
  • Please be tolerant and kind and respect other people’s views

Enrolment conditions (COVID-19)

The College may at any point, as a result of change in health and safety conditions, reschedule or cancel a class.

If we cancel a class, you will have the opportunity to re-enrol in another class or receive a refund.

If you are unable to attend because you have possible COVID-19 symptoms, or have had contact with a known case of COVID-19, you will receive a full or partial refund.
